| Abstract of Project : | |
| Climate change has emerged as a significant global environmental challenge. Agriculture responds strongly to changes in climate, particularly to the spatial and temporal variability of precipitation and temperature. The main objective of my Fulbright project is to quantify the impact of changes in agricultural ecosystems (croplands and rangelands) on regional climate. In addition, I will also attempt to work out possible adaptation strategies to minimize the consequences of climate change on sustainable agricultural production. | |
